Berglund Center 4th Floor Banquet Renovation

The scope included the renovation of a 5,700 SF existing office shell into a banquet hall (290 seats) complete with new bathrooms, a warming kitchen, and hostess and bar areas. All new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installed.
