Wall Construction’s standard Quality Control Plan was inspired by the Army Corps of Engineers QC model. We play a comprehensive role in ensuring the quality of your project, from pre-construction review, to subcontractor prequalification, all the way through the final project closeout and punch list.
Along the way we work on your behalf to:
• Provide daily quality control inspections
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and installers
• Prepare a safety plan and perform daily safety walk-throughs

Wall Construction has built its own estimating template that provides a detailed checklist—including issues that generally do not get accounted for in normal estimating software. This helps us to provide extremely reliable budgets.
What’s more, our project managers and superintendents are typically involved in the pricing process of a project, which gives them a clear picture of the job’s budgetary boundaries, helping to avoid cost surprises.
Time
Wall strives to make our timelines as reliable as our budgets. While factors such as weather and suppliers can, of course, impact schedules, our knowledgeable planning helps produce realistic, achievable timelines.
We utilize scheduling/project management software that serves to integrate the many variables involved in a construction project.
During the construction phase of the project, Wall Construction provides a more detailed schedule called a 4-Week Look Ahead. The Look Ahead is updated weekly by our superintendent and sent out to all subs on a weekly basis.
Wall Construction’s ability to control time by way of its scheduling process will ensure that a project stays on track as much as practical.
