This custom home completed in late 2025 has 1630sf per floor with the basement finished. It has over 1000sf of covered porch for the client to enjoy the great views this property has. This project utilized a metal batten board siding for added sustainability with a 50 year Owens Corning asphalt shingle roof. This house was designed by Tabitha Rust, a Wall Construction in-house designer.
