Wall Construction renovated a 5000sf+- area inside the Nelson Heritage Center (Old Nelson County Middle School) to create the new Nelson County Virginia Department of Health. The project scope of work consisted of asbestos abatement, demo existing areas, all new finishes, and all new MEP systems. We added a new electrical service and new septic system to service the new VDH office.
