Hotel Floyd – A design/build project completed in three phases. The project includes 48 hotel rooms, 5 two-bedroom suites, and 2 one-bedroom, pet-friendly units. Project goals were to provide a country feel with energy efficiency as a top priority. We utilized timberline construction and SIP wall panels to assist in achieving the customer’s goals.
