This custom home was built using the latest energy efficiency and sustainability technologies. SIPS (Structurally Insulated Panel System) were used for the exterior walls. Spray foam for all roof insulation. Thermal and PV solar systems installed to accompany the energy efficiency to get this home’s power bill close to Net Zero.
